To begin my main area of focus and interest is nutrition, primarily in the areas of food science and human metabolism. My main academic career goal in the short term is to find a school where I can attain my masters in nutrigenomics, since that is where my area of study is heading. In obtaining my masters I want to find a graduate program that has a strong research background that can help me in becoming a well published researcher later on in my career in areas that interest me professionally as well as personally.
